Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your rental of equipment and services from Omnipotent Playhouse. By booking a rental, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. Final payment is due on or before the day of delivery. Quoted prices include delivery, setup and pickup within our standard service area.
Safety & Supervision
Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use. Bounce houses and mini pools are intended for toddler-age children. Renters agree to follow all posted safety guidelines provided at setup.
Site Requirements
The rental site must be a level, grassy area free of debris, with adequate access for delivery and a power outlet within 100 feet. Additional fees may apply for setup on alternate surfaces.
Weather Policy
For the safety of children, we may reschedule rentals in cases of severe weather including high winds, thunderstorms or lightning. Rescheduling is offered at no additional charge.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations are always eligible for free rescheduling.
Damages & Liability
Renters are responsible for damages to equipment caused by misuse. Omnipotent Playhouse is not liable for injuries resulting from unsupervised use, failure to follow safety guidelines or improper site conditions outside our control.
Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. The most current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
